Mr.Vipin Shah has a vital experience of 29 years in the field of civil engineering varying from being a Sr. Engineer in Jaypee Associates (Narmada Dam Project) exploring the execution aspect to being an engineer in the prestigious Design (R&B) Circle, Gandhinagar exploring the design aspect to being a State Project Engineer at SSA mission, Gujarat exploring the managerial and administration aspect of the field. In additional to that, he has been associated with several professional institutions such as being a Member of technical advisory committee of GRIHA for green rating of school buildings, member of technical advisory committee of MHRD for whole school development plan and green rating of school building. He is a lifetime member of Institution of Engineers (IE) Kolkata and GICEA, Gujarat. More importantly in his tenure of almost 16 years by now as State Project Engineer at SSA, Gujarat the project has witnessed greater achievements in implementation of the infrastructural part of the RTE (Right to Education) act. The fact is supported by SSA - Gujarat being leading the table for last 12 years when compared to other states. Throughout his tenure he has continuously strived for providing a better and sustainable infrastructure in schools of Gujarat, gaining maximum output of each penny spent.
