Tech -Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Trichy & PGDBA (Finance) from Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, Mumbai University. He has Over 12 years of professional experience in Project Execution, Quality Management & Safety Management in Infrastructure and Real estate sector. He is currently working as General Manager Quality & Innovation at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (MLDL). Prior to joining MLDL, he was working with Tata Housing Development Company Ltd. as DGM - QA & QC. He is a Gold rated TBEM (Tata Business Excellence Model) Assessor, Certified CONQUAS - QM Manager, Certified IGBC - Accredited Professional, Registered Assessor at QIMPRO for best practice evaluations & also a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001. He has been recognized as ˜50 Most impactful Quality professionals" by World Quality Congress 2016. Some of the key professional accomplishment includes Achieving Golden Peacock National Quality Award, KPMG - QIMPRO award and Cityscape Award for the Mahindra projects, IGBC Green Building Pre-certification & / Certification for many MLDL projects and Contributing in registering an Indian Patent on Low Thermal Conductivity Fly Ash Brick, Developing and Implementing Unique Product Quality Rating systems, Mobile App. for key QA/QC Processes, Received Mahindra Innovation Awards for Developing, Implementing HVFAC roads etc. He Started his professional career with HCC Ltd. as Site Engineer.
