Sr Cheng has over thirty years of working experience in the construction industry with working experience in Hong Kong, UK, and the Philippines with leading QS consultancy practices and M/E specialist contractors and developers.
Sr Cheng is also well respected by his fellow professionals. He served various posts and was erected as the Chairman of the Quantity Surveying Division of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors in 2004 and is currently appointed as the Chairman of the Professional Green Building Council and Director of the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
