Swarup Biswas has 23 years of experience in building HVAC and Controls industry. He started his career as a controls application engineer and is currently part of the Asia executive management team in Johnson Controls. His career has spanned across multiple responsibilities including application engineering, technical management, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Asia strategy, general management and has recently led all the Products & Service Lines of business and commercial operations for Johnson Controls in Asia. He led the set-up of India Engineering Centre for global R&D, product development & field engineering in Mumbai & Pune. Swarup also led a global team to modernize the delivery of JCI's field services along with connected services strategy leveraging big data, analytics & concepts of IOT. He was also part of a global team that envisioned and developed the future of controls strategy for Johnson Controls. Swarup is currently focused on Indian market to develop strategies for investment and growth. He lives in Singapore with his family.
