Ramanujan IT City", is an IT/ITES SEZ at Chennai, Tamil Nadu and is a humble tribute to the legendary mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan.

It is a joint venture development by Tata Realty And Infrastructure Limited, Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) and Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO)

Spread over 25.27 acres, Ramanujan IT City, is strategically located at the heart of Chennai's Southern business district at Taramani - the gateway to the city's rapidly developing IT Corridor. It is also in close proximity to all modes of transport like the MRTS (local train), buses, international and domestic airport, key residential areas, shopping districts, schools and the beach, thus offering a harmonious work life balance for all.

Designed by world-renowned US architects SOM (Skidmore Owings & Merrill) and constructed by Leighton of Australia, Ramanujan IT City is being developed in a phased manner.

It is divided into two parts – the processing zone and the non processing zone.

The processing zone has 4.5 million sq. feet of office space with 5 levels of car park, 2 ½ acres of lush greenery, landscaped podiums with informal seating, a Zen garden, amenities like a Food Court, ATMs etc and covered walkways connecting all towers.
