Dr. Singh is the Managing Director at thinkstep Sustainability Solutions Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of thinkstep AG, Germany. He comes with more than 25 years of experience in the areas of Environment Management, Life Cycle Assessment, Corporate Sustainability Management & Reporting, Policy, Strategy and Roadmap Formulation, Carbon Foot-printing and leadership training on sustainability. thinkstep is a global leader in sustainability consulting and software solutions.

Before staring the Indian subsidiary of thinkstep, Dr. Singh was part of Steel Authority of India Limited, one of the leading steel company in India for 17 years.

He has contributed to help more than 50 companies for design and development of sustainability framework, conducted more than 100 Life Cycle Assessment studies including in Steel, Aluminum, Glass, Energy, Textile, Agriculture, Packaging, Automobile, Chemicals, Buildings, FMCG sectors and deployed enterprise software in more than 20 companies .He has also published more than 10 articles in international journals

Dr. Singh is a Civil Engineer, a post graduate Environmental Engineer from IIT Kharagpur and a doctorate in Sustainability Management from IIT Mumbai.
