A Chartered Engineer with 26 years rich experience of Electrical and Instrumentation mainly in Cement Industry Projects and manufacturing operations. Contributed for greenfield /brownfield projects and Energy Conservation projects in major industries like Ultratech Cement, Dalmia Cement, Orient Cement and Dangote Cement (abroad). Present working with Emami Cement Ltd (Emami Group) at Raipur Integrated Unit. Achieved 24X7 successful operation of plant QCX robotics system and other online critical online monitoring systems of plant with in house expert automation team for making Emami Double Bull Cement Brand popular within short period in Eastern India cluster. He is also a SAP Business Process owner For PM module. Adopted state of art technology like IMCC, Profibus PA and DP devices, Wireless RTUs and marching towards smart plant Industry 4.0 concept using IIOT and Data analytics systems. |
