Nilesh is Leader – Business Development with Owens Corning – Building Materials Group, a global leader in the area of energy efficiency with its thermal & acoustics insulation products (XPS/ Glasswool/ Mineral Wool) for HVAC, buildings and cold storages.
Nilesh has represented organisation at various Government, Semi Government bodies / institutions / industry forums like IGBC, NCCD, CII-Cold Chain Task Force, India Insulation Forum, Thermal Insulation Committee of Bureau of India Standards (BIS) etc.
His passion for leading techno-commercial assignments has resulted many firsts in India including, XPS foam plant, large scale commercialisation of external wall insulation system etc.
In the past, Nilesh has held various leadership positions, including most recently, VP – Marketing with a composite weaver start up and Product Manager-Insulation products with Styrenics major. He is instrumental to drive XPS foam based insulation concept in India.
A well read and travelled individual, Nilesh, has completed his post graduation in Marketing Management from NMIMS-Mumbai and Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering from MIT-Pune.
