In last 28 years has worked in various areas such as Architectural Lighting, Application Engineering, Photometry, Product Audits, Sales, Marketing, etc…
He has been associated with Philips for more than 10 years, as Lighting Application Specialist in Industry and Public segment and as LiAS Manager for Western region.
Present assignment is to work on MEGA projects. Interact with various Public, City authorities to introduce leading technological solution & benchmarking lighting concepts. Thus he is actively involved in Smart City Mission associating with Local Bodies and Consultants for providing smart solutions.
Similarly, another assignment is to develop and work on extremely interesting however at the same time complex Architectural Lighting projects in the PUBLIC segment.
Architectural lighting one of the most interesting subject in the field of illumination – he was associated with Sankalpan Infrastructure for 6years and was working in the field of Architectural Lighting. He was a Member of the team which won International Award on for the path breaking project. “The Environmental Award for ECO – Commercial Building”.
Involved in many prestigious projects like World Heritage monument Ajanta Caves lighting, Mumbai International Airport. Sports lighting for National Games etc…
Initiated and pursued development of lighting calculation tools, Worked on numerous calculations for the complex subject of Road lighting for special tool of Road Lighting calculator.
Successfully designed many projects in various Application segments. – Corporate Commercials, Industry, Residential, Hospitality, Museum & Art Galleries, Retail, Outdoor Architectural.
Photometry & Application Engineering - Involved in Photometric evaluation of products at various stages of Development, Testing, Tendering etc
Faculty – workshops conducted by ISLE and other bodies. He is regular speaker at most of the Seminars being conducted by Philips Lighting India limited.
He is an invitee Member of Committee on Environment Sustainability of “Confederation of Indian Industry” (CII) Western Region.
He was Invitee member on Committee of Education and Technicality of “Indian Society Of Lighting Engineers” Western Region. ( ISLE)
