Romi Khosla is an internationally known architect and urban planner. He graduated in Economics from Cambridge University, worked as an accountant in Price Waterhouse in London and then graduated in architecture from The Architectural Association in London. He established his independent consultant’s office in Delhi in 1972 and is currently Senior Advisor to the design firm he established over 40 years ago Romi Khosla Design Studios.

His publications include three books, Amongst his prestigious design projects is the National Gallery of Modern Art Bombay, the Platinum Green rated Corporate headquarters for Eicher – Volvo United Breweries in Gurgaon, and Assam Valley school in Tezpur. He served on the Aga Khan Award Jury as well as the Izmir City revitalization Competition Jury in Turkey and as a Principal Consultant to UNDP, UNOPS, UNESCO and WTO, for missions on Urban Planning and revitalisation and Tourism Planning in the Balkans, Cyprus, Central Asia and Tibet.
