18 years of experience in sales and spanning multiple categories and industries, largely including FMCG and Financial services. The experience covers managing brands in India with significant global exposure. I have managed launches and re-launches, strategic as well as operational aspects of marketing and worked with a diverse mix of teams across the globe.
Responsibilities through my career have included delivering offtake and market shares of brands, developing long term strategy supported by annual plans, maintaining and improving profitability, managing marketing investment of brands and categories, understanding consumer insights and developing new products to fulfill need gaps.
Some of the key highlights during my career have been
• Relaunch of Knorr soups at Bestfoods
• Relaunch of the masterbrand, Castrol for which India was the first go live country across the world and facilitating the relaunch in other countries across the world
• Working on the post crisis communication at ICICI Bank and launching the new brand identity of ICICI Bank articulated as Khayaal Aapka.
