Thiruvengadam has over 37 years of experience in Management Consultancy. He is a post graduate in Industrial Engineering and has been with Deloitte for more than 30 years in Consulting and leads the Indian Human Capital Practice of Deloitte India. He has handled over 300 projects in the areas of Performance Management, Cost Management, Organisational Design and Structuring, Mergers & Acquisitions.
He has led engagements in public/private sectors across Manufacturing, Technology, Hospitality, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Banking & Finance Companies.
