- He is a Leader of the CII – Godrej GBC team, which bagged the coveted Platinum Rating awarded by US Green Building Council for CII-Godrej GBC building.

- He is also one of the founding members of the World Green Building Council

- Presently, he is leading a team of experts to facilitate Green Building movement, National Energy Efficiency movement and Water Management practices at national level.
