Gautam Bhasin is a building envelope specialist with an architectural background. His work includes a wide gamut of building types in diverse climates with leading architects across Asia. With his background in architecture and engineering experience, Gautam provides design support and feasibility advice to building owners, project managers and Architects to achieve a design which is an optimum balance of performance, aesthetics and cost. He has worked extensively with mechanical engineers to design and specify facades that enhance thermal and visual comfort for the occupants. Supporting an ever-evolving architectural design practise with advanced parametric design tools, Gautam and his team have supported the optimisation of complex geometries while maintaining high-performance specification and desired architectural aesthetics. He is based in Singapore where he leads the establishment and Inhabit's operations in South-east Asia region including, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar and India.
