Graduated in Civil & Structural Engineering with a Post-Graduation in Business Administration, as well as Post Graduation in Ecology & Environment. Has a Ph.D Degree in Civil Engineering and for the Research work, he focussed on an area which is based on the need of the hour subject "Sustainable Design of Green Buildings".
Having over 30 years of professional experience in various manufacturing and service industries including the Real Estate & Infrastructure industry. Currently working as Executive Director & CEO, Ramanujan IT City, (TATA REALTY Infopark Ltd), Chennai. He is also serving as Executive Committee Board member in the Indian Green Building Council since 2013.
Has presented and published various papers both in National and International Journals, Conferences and Symposiums.
