Mr. Kouma, Applications Engineering Global Director, Chiller Solutions for Johnson Controls is currently based in York, PA, USA. His 25 year experience in the HVAC industry includes hydronic system design including product and application support for steam and chilled water systems. He has led global teams responsible for R&D direction, product planning and engineering, application support, and system integration for large chilled water equipment. He recently completed a 4 year assignment in Shanghai China building Asia technical support resource teams. He served on the ASHRAE-ANSI 90.1 Standard Committee, the AHRI Standard Policy and Cooling Standards Committees, and also served as a Board Member for The Alliance for Responsible Atmospheric Policy. He earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Finance.
