Manoj Kumar Sethi Sr. Vice President, Subros Limited is part of the Top Management Team & is responsible for strategy formulation & execution for result delivery in Finance, HR & Information Technology domains.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Law Graduate from Panjab University and Post Graduate from IIMK. He has 24+ years of rich experience in the area of Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Strategic Business Planning, Budgeting, Human Resource Development & Information Technology.
He has been a key driving force for their Cost Leadership drive at Subros since 2005.
o Subros Limited was the first one in the country to be ranked as a TCM Level V - TCM Enabled Company in 2010 on the TCM Maturity Assessment Model instituted by the CII (TCM Cell).
o Subros was also awarded the National Award for Excellence in Cost Management 2010.
Prior to joining Subros Mr. Sethi was a practicing Chartered Accountant for 2 years as a Managing Partner specializing in Direct & Indirect Taxes, Internal, and Statutory & Management Audits.
