Over 26 Years of experience in various functions of Supply Chain Management
such as Production Planning & Control, Warehouse Management,
Procurements, Logistics etc. out of which over 18 years of experience in
handling 'Capex & Opex Procurement' functions of Mega Integrated Steel
Plants, Power plants, Cement Plants, Ports and various infra projects.
Started the professional journey as Management Trainee with M/s Bharat Earth
Movers Ltd and sharpened the career through various professional organizations
mainly JSW Steel Ltd., Larsen & Toubro Limited and Essar Steel Ltd.
Lead the SCM Teams across organisations in implementing variation initiatives
from scratch such as ERP (SAP/Oracle), ISO/OHSAS Certifications, Various
digitalization projects across SCM. Played a major role in implementation of
"Value enhancement projects" across JSW's Steel and Energy units that include
"VMI" & "Pay per Productivity Scheme" with substantial gains across Value
Chain.

Qualifications B.E (Mechanical) – From R.V College of Engineering, Bangalore.
