As the Chief Officer of Business Process Transformation & IT, Mukesh is responsible for evaluating technological trends as well as using cost management techniques in order to debottleneck, automate and transform business processes and drive organisational efficiency across the value chain at an international scale.
Mukesh joined Marico in 2004. He has set up & led several change management initiatives in Supply Chain & Business Finance in the International Business and later in the India and FMCG business. He was also involved in integration of several Marico acquisitions.
Prior to Marico, Mukesh was associated with Operations and Supply Chain in companies like Asian Paints and Schindler. Mukesh holds a Bachelor's degree in MechEngg from University of Bombay and has completed his Post Graduation from NITIE, Mumbai. He has also studied Leadership and Managing Change at IMD, Lausanne and Global Program for Management Development at University of Michigan
